Bought a jacket last year and had a hard time cleaning it, went there a month ago and the suggestion ruined the jacket. So I called to see what to do and the man on the phone told me of a product they sell to clean it with. They gave me a new jacket but it all could have been avoided if the people are trained better on product care. I bought the washing solution this time. Lisa
