- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★September 03, 2019, by Vanessa DispotKen was so patient and helpful on the phone and then in person to resize my engagement ring - it took him half an hour and he showed us what he was doing each step of the way which was very interesting - he is clearly a very skilled and passionate craftsman. We were very impressed how perfect the ring looked afterwards, you couldn't tell it had been resized at all. Ken explained the use of the laser makes this much more precise. The price was also more competitive than what other jewelers quoted us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for jewelry or interested in repairs or ring resizing!
